David Goldfarb is the founder and president of DSG Benefits Group. He is nationally recognized as a leader in the employee benefits industry with a proven track record of assisting organizations, using various strategies, to bend the healthcare cost curve. David’s broad market knowledge, coupled with strong carrier relationships, allows him to customize a competitively priced program with tailored solutions to meet each clients’ particular requirements. He believes that year-round employee education, employee engagement, and access to healthcare information are core components of a successful benefits program. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Dallas with his wife and children.
Alex Goldfarb is a Benefits Consultant who has conducted business across multiple continents and has a wealth of experience with contract negotiation, business planning, and business development. He is passionate about helping organizations who genuinely appreciate human capital. He helps them provide enhanced benefits for their employees and likes taking a deep dive into understanding an organization’s objectives and custom designing a benefits solution to help companies achieve their goals. Alex is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and loves to consume himself with his children in his spare time.
